My beliefs surrounding nutrition are based upon the evidence that our bodies thrive on whole natural foods. I encourage you to eliminate all processed food from your diet and focus on consuming whole, organic, Non-gmo foods.
Your diet should be planned around vegetables, fruits, grains, and nuts. As well as organic and free range poultry and eggs, wild fish, game, grass fed beef, bison, beans and legumes.
Limit refined sugar, alcohol, additives, preservatives, dyes, artificial flavors, GMO's, and nitrates.
