About EnergetiX Fitness
I am a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. I teach my clients how to improve their quality of life with fitness and nutrition.
I train you for LIFE by designing functional fitness programs that optimize cardio endurance, increase muscular strength, improve body composition, and enhance mobility and flexibility.
I want to help you feel strong, energetic, and confident. I want to show you how to feel your personal best. Purchase training by the hour or invest in a lifestyle change with a discounted long term training package. Don't hesitate if you are new to the gym scene.....I can help you feel comfortable with your new training program after 1 session!

I take a holistic approach to wellness.

I believe our bodies need many forms of movement including walking, stretching, resistance training, HIIT, yoga, running, cycling, hiking, and swimming.

My beliefs surrounding nutrition are based upon the evidence that our bodies thrive on whole natural foods. I encourage you to eliminate all processed food from your diet and focus on consuming whole, organic, Non-gmo foods.

Rest and recover as your body needs and follow your natural circadian rhythm as closely as possible. Power nap when needed.
Meditate. Ground. Love. Practice gratitude. Laugh often.
